After several months of hard work, we are so excited to announce the launch of our brand new website. Our goal for this project was to create an online property that was truly representative of our brand and the types of homes that we build.
As a leader in our industry, we wanted our website to reflect the quality of our homes and the integrity of our business. This meant that our site would need to be interactive, it would need to be responsive, it would need to be attractive, and most importantly, it would need to be functional.
First, our new website gives our clients and prospective clients the ability to search, sort, and filter through our available homes and HM Signature Communities. This way, users can browse our properties either by visual appeal or by relevant property attributes.
We also developed several interactive features that help paint a more vivid picture of our homes and the surrounding communities. Users can browse interactive site plans, immerse themselves in full-screen images and videos, and get a glimpse of the surrounding amenities with our interactive points of interest maps.
Second, our new website acts as a portfolio for our most recent custom home and Signature Community development projects. We’ve showcased a number of the properties we’re most proud of to give our prospective clients an idea of the type of quality they can expect in a custom HM home or community.
Website users can browse floorplans, watch property videos, look at high-quality photos of the properties, and even share our homes on their favorite social media channels.
Finally, our current and prospective clients can learn about our history, our founder, and the experienced team at HM Homes. Featuring an interactive company timeline, brand videos, and photos of our team in action, we wanted to make it easy for our prospective clients to learn about our rich history in the Michigan homebuilding community.
We’ve also incorporated a blog so that we can share news, information about our homes, and our insights about luxury homes, construction, and real estate.
